Consumers Beware!!  The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is getting a jump start on implementing the new propositions from the Obama administration’s housing finance reforms. The FHA announced recently stated that they are creating a new premium structure for all of the FHA-insured loans, and will apply to all new FHA-insured loans insured on April 18th, 2011 or later.  The changes will not apply to existing loans insured by the FHA.

Do you own a rental home, and track every payment made to a plumber, landscaper, painter, or house cleaner?  What about receiving their Social Security Number, Employer Identification Number, or Taxpayer Identification Number? Are you even aware that it's now required?
