This must have been the 8th or 9th time for me to see Lyle Lovett at Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth. I don't know what it is about the man, but I just love him! His concerts are always fun, his voice is beautiful, he is hilarious, versatile, and EVER so charming! Some girls may go for the George Clooney type (oh, wait, that's me, too!), but when it comes to the crooners, I'm following Lyle Lovett. I admire the fact that he give his band members their time in the limelight, too. He is always so very respectful and appreciative of their abilities, and really lets them know it!

Every year when I see Lyle, I always wish I had brought my dad. We share a love of music, mostly country. I am SO happy that he got to go with me this year! Love him even more than Lyle! My cousins came from Austin, and loved the concert, too. Dining at Daddy Jack's in Sundance Square (Fort Worth) was wonderful, as always. Try it on Mondays and Tuesdays (full lobster for $14.95!)! Love my Lyle Lovett!
