great falls: Some Halloween Office Fun - No booing here! - 10/15/09 08:33 AM
While working in the office a few days ago, an affiliate of mine and I came up with a creative idea for adults to get in on the Halloween action. Instead of ringing doorbells in your neighborhood and leaving "Boo Bags" filled with treats and goodies, we came up with the idea to leave "Brewed Bags" that would contain wine for the adults! Who says you can't get a little creative and have a little fun when your working? "I've Been Brewed" Poem Courtesy of Gina M. great falls: Top 5 reasons to hire a Realtor - 04/17/09 02:52 PM
First question for sellers is how badly do you want to move? If your like the majority of sellers that put their house on the market, you want you house to sell fast and for a good price. Sounds simple right? Wrong. The market is constantly changing and part of selling your home is getting into the market with your best foot forward. This means that the house is completely show ready, the correct price for your area was chosen based on comparable properties, and marketing your house to its FULL potential. Even if your house immaculate and in complete move-in
