I have just learned of an unbelievable opportunity to take advantage of the new market created by Short Sales and REOS. Have the buyer and seller sign a purchase and sale agreement for the full price. Submit the buyer's qualifications to the investment group. If approved, the sale will go forward, the seller will get the 5% downpayment, and the investment group will buy the 95% note from the seller at a 10-15% discount. The seller was probably gong to discount the house by 10% anyway to get it sold! So the seller walks away with the downpayment money and 85-90% of the note amount in cash, the buyer gets a house he never thought he could buy, AND YOU GET 1% OF THE NOTE AMOUNT FOR BRINGING THE NOTE TO THE ATTENTION OF THE INVESTMENT GROUP!
