fresno ca: Put me in, Coach - 01/01/12 12:06 PM
Put me in, Coach. Now that the Christmas holiday season is over, I know that for many people the focus turns to football. The Super Bowl is quickly approaching and I just heard my husband say that every team is playing today, New Years Day. Realtors and Real Estate Agents, are you the "everything" to your listing clients? Do you hike the ball, defend the line, throw the ball, carry or run with the ball, block the opponents and make the touchdowns? Have you considered sharing the load and becoming more of a team? Team sports coaches know that the teams do their best work, when they work

fresno ca: A List that Might Help Sell that House. - 11/15/11 02:51 PM
A List that Might Help Sell that House. This blog post was inspired by Kathy Streib's recent featured post on post-it notes and from my personal experiences with selling many homes and as a professional home stager in Oakhurst, California. Recently, I did a blog post on the use of seasonal photos to be shown at a listing for potential buyers to see and this list should be there beside the photos...with enough copies for all potential buyers to take with them. Suggestions for what might be included on this list could be, (but not limited to): I would further suggest

fresno ca: Are You Listing Your House To SELL or To SIT? - 06/13/11 10:39 AM

fresno ca: Saving Photographs...I need a system. Can you help? - 11/28/10 01:46 PM
I know that many of you have this same dilemma and I'm searching for help and an answer. In this business and for personal interest I take MANY, MANY photographs. Currently my lil' old laptop is totally bogged down with many gigabytes of photographs. Each photo, that I take, is usually about 2-4 megabytes and I do resize many, but not all. Plus, I don't delete the originals that I resize because some uploading requires larger sized photos and I'm fearful of deleting too much. Yes, my laptop is old (xp) and needs replacing but I hate the learning curve of
