Gray Day in Durham - 10/09/09 02:41 PM
It is a gray day in Durham but I feel Sunny inside. My Mother in Law is getting somewhat better from a stroke that she had on Tuesday. I have never been around a stroke victum before and am learning much about do's and don'ts. Have you had to deal with this in your life? It appears that the stroke has affected her speech and comprehension. We are learning what we need to do to help her come back as far as she can come. Take care, Ginger of Southport (2 comments)
In Durham NC - 10/08/09 10:26 AM
We have been busy with a Mother that has had to be hospitalized at Duke Hospital. She has been a resident as Croasdaile Village Retirement Community. She helped to create this retirement community and felt that she had to come here and leave beautiful Southport North Carolina. She is now 92 and had been doing very well. We are much concerned with her health now. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Ginger of Southport (2 comments)
