Believe it or not. I have had a very busy spring and summer. There is so much more activity in the Southport~Oak Island area of Brunswick County North Carolina. We had such a disasterous year in 2009 and 2010..that it could not get any worse.
I do hope that you are having the same results now also. It is harder but at least if you keep working it will come..

Well...Today is Friday. I always look so forward to this day. It is a time when I know I have a few days to breathe..
Work is intense right now and that is good. But my tongue is hanging out by Friday.
I know that a lot of us can not do it...but the weekends are my family days. There are weekend that are certainly an exception..But there are some things that are more important than money..
(Lets see what I say in the Winter with no money and no food) LOL

WE went to the Buffini Introduction in Raleigh about 2 weeks ago. Many of us were very impressed with the presentation and there for 8 of us that believe what we heard and we are going to continue on with the course for the next 100 days. I think it will jump start my real estate career of 29 years. I am truly looking forward to this.

Is Business picking up for you?
I am in the coastal part of North Carolina, where the Atlantic Ocean and the Cape Fear River join. It has been slow here for the past 4 years but I am beginning to see some increased activity. Everyone says that we have reached the bottom...I am not so sure, but I do know that prices are much more affordable. I almost feel that we are back to pre 2005 prices. Does anyone else get that feeling?

Does anyone use this program to create a card for clients, family and friends?
I have learned that it does not work on a computer that has Windows 7 on it. It has been the best idea that I have had that works in remembering folks that you NEED to remember on a daily basis.
If you have worked this program and have a solution for me, I sure would love to talk with you. Or if you know of another program that works for you...please share it with me.

Blackberry curve is such a wonderful tool...once you have mastered the phone it's self. I am loving it right now.
With earlier tech support, I have been able to download Top Producer 8i and put all of my sellers information on the phone.
Hopefully this will keep me better prepared in keeping up with my sellers.

Daffodils are now in bloom, the snow drops are in bloom, the camellias are in bloom....
Wow! Spring is almost here.
This time of the year, I like to have blooming flowers on my dining room table and also on my desk at the office. It gives me a renewal of strength and the promise that Spring will soon be her.
I think that the Soring is my favorite time of year. The newness of everything makes me smile.

Going home today to see my husband and daughter and grandchildren. I have missed them so. I have been in Durham with my 92 year old Mother in law while she has been in the hospital for the past two weeks. She is getting somewhat better and I feel that I can take a break.
