Believe it or not.  I have had a very busy spring and summer.  There is so much more activity in the Southport~Oak Island area of Brunswick County North Carolina.  We had such a disasterous year in 2009 and 2010..that it could not get any worse.
I do hope that you are having the same results now also.  It is harder but at least if you keep working it will come..

Great Monday today.
I have 3 closings coming up between now and Thursday.  It has been a slow hard time thus far and I can see a glint of light at the end of a very long tunnel.
All of us have had to work hard to keep up our spirits and still keep our edge..
Share ideas that you use to do that and so will I..

I am thinking about having an Open House on one of my oceanfront Cottages toward the end of the month.
Historically, Open Houses do not work and I am asking for you to email me some ideas that you use that have worked in your area.
Here, we have to feed the agents and public, and offer money...$100 for a drawing.  How many of those agents run right back to the office and email out to all there investors that they have seen a house that is right for them.  (Wish that were so.)
