Happiness Jar was given to me this past week by our Broker in Charge.
She gave us the instructions to write down ONE thing each week that makes you HAPPY. It can relate to business, family, personal reasons or any other thing that Makes YOU Happy.
I thought this was such a great idea and I wanted to share it with you.

Need your help desperately. I have a strong buyer who wants to buy a Manufactured home on 12 Acres of land and I am having a hard time getting a lender to loan him the money. Do you have any experience in a situation like this. He is a young, first time buyer who is a very hard worker and can certainly make the payment.
BBandT are a possibility but I have also heard of a USAA. I do not have any knowledge of it. So help if you can,

A great day today. I had a listing appointment yesterday morning and another one yesteday afternoon. Took one for sure and think that I will get the next one in a day or so.. And guess what! Got another one this afternoon and another one on Thursday. Seems like our sellers are wanted to do the right thing and price their property as it should be priced. It's a GREAT DAY at COLDWELL BANKER SEA COAST REALTY in SOUTHPORT, North Carolina.

My advice to new agents is to join networking groups. Join as many as you possibly can. It's a good way to get others to work for you. When YOU have the listing..you have every agent that is a Buyers agent needing what YOU are providing. Now you have to work for others out there also but they are in all different aspect in the of the professional work force.
Get your name out there. with your listings....... people can't buy what they can't see and don't know about. There are so many more ideas and suggestions but I also want to see what others … (2 comments)

I have been fortunate enough to work face to face with sellers today. I had listed one of their lots and they were going to take it off the market. I did some research for them and suggested that they leave that lot on the market...because it can't sell if no one knows it is for sale.. They then asked to see if I would list one of their other lots. They are excited to sell and we priced it at the lowest price in the community. There is stuff happening... Here Marissa and I are stomping the GRAPES to make the Juice..
Here Jimmy is pouring the hot juice through a strainer so that we can just get the strained juice to boil to make the Jelly..

You can see that we Date Our Jellys and on these, we put the Name of the Grandchildren that helped us pick the grapes, wash them, stomp them, cook them and put them in Jars..

One of my agents just told me that she was blogging with a friend and one of her friends...friends....saw her site and asked if she was in real estate. Of course, my agent told her that she was. They got together and my agent sold them a house. Wow! Don't we all wish that it was that easy! One never knows who is reading what we write. Suppose we must make our information ans informative as possible.

Thank the Good Lord for another Good day. Today I showed property to folks that I have sold to 20 years ago. It is good to still have folks that think you did a good job for them then and I hope that I can still do good for work them now. They are choosing to move back to Oak Island after building their dream home on the banks of a river in Tennessee..
