Opportunity Time
Well, I find myself having Opportunity Day today.  (A better way to sayDuty Time).  Actually I have been enjoying it.  It is the first exposure that your company makes when some one calls on the phone or walks through the door. We need to ponder that a minute.  What you say or do...the minute someone walks in or calls in is the first impression that those folks have of your company.
We need to remember that.

Well, it has been one of those days  ... too much going on and not a  lot of time  to do it in.
I have been trying to catch up at home  tonight.  Going over notes and trying  to document things that need to be documented in the computer.  Will get it done but it is going to take some time.   Just do not understand why I can be so far behind.
