Great Day today with the Children and Grandchildren.
After Church, we had a Sunday Dinner that consisted of
Roast Beef and gravy, fresh Whipped Pototoes, corn, Butterbeans, garden peas, rolls, fresh turnips and onions, fresh baked blue berry cobbler and sweet ice tea.
Then out into the yard to watch the childern climb trees and stack wood for this winter.
Great day to say the least.

I don't know about you all, but I am having a harder time pleasing the BPO folks. I am giving them factual information based on our local MLS and the figures tell the truth. They are wanting us to go back and get closer comparable properties When nothing has sold in that area you must go outside that community to find comparable to do the analysis.
I am also finding, after I have done the work...they order has been canceled.
Then, we have spent our time and energy to do the work and will not be compensated … (3 comments)

Well, our littlest granddaughter was. Today was the Annual Easter Egg Hunt on the Garrison Lawn in Southport, North Carolina.
What a day. She is only 21 months old and can say Easter Bunny. We talked about it most of the day today before the Easter Egg Hunt.
At first seeing the Easter Bunny, she held out her hand and said, "Easter Bunny"...as the bunny got closer, she clung to me harder and harder. Then as the bunny approached, she did this high squeal and began to tremble. That is when our Easter Egg Hunt.....ended..

Daffodils are now in bloom, the snow drops are in bloom, the camellias are in bloom....
Wow! Spring is almost here.
This time of the year, I like to have blooming flowers on my dining room table and also on my desk at the office. It gives me a renewal of strength and the promise that Spring will soon be her.
I think that the Soring is my favorite time of year. The newness of everything makes me smile.

Wow, the days seem to be flying by right now. Is that what happens as we grow older? Soon our children will be out of school and ready to enjoy the summer with family and friends.
Being in the Southport~Oak Island area of North Carolina, we have a lot of visitors to come and enjoy all that our area has to offer; the Beaches, boating, fishing, shelling, golfing, shopping in the neat stores in Southport, etc.
If you need a break from your hustle and bustle, come on down and enjoy this life style for a bit.
