While I know that numbers automatically put some people to sleep, did you know .....-----Inventory in Clark County has gone down 5.1 months since January, 2008?-----Average price appreciated .2% ($303,900 vs $303,300)-----Conversly, median sales price decreased only a slight 1%!  -----Days on the market have decreased from a high of 110 days to just over 90 days (data provided by RMLS)So, while the doom and gloom of the market seems to seep into almost every article we read, there is a rainbow out there (and I don't mean to refer to our rain which makes our county the most beautiful place in the … (2 comments)
