Two years ago I decided to move to the Florida Keys. Believe it or not, I had only visited once and decided this is where I wanted to spend the rest of my life. This is a great property that is in excellent condition and is larger than most 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath half duplex's in Key Colony Beach. This property comes completely furnished, all you have to do is bring your toothbrush. This property has been a vacation rental and has a good history of rentals in place.
