I know there was a Sunday religious show called "Hour of Power" with Rev. Robert Schuller.  I watched it from time to time and found it many times had inspiring messages and guests.
Yesterday afternoon, I watched the finale of the 25 year run of the Oprah Show.

I must say, I was truly inspired.  I have not watched Oprah regularly for many years, but I knew she tackled alot of touchy, sensitive issues.  She addressed alot of her own personal demons and in my humble opinion made a huge difference to millions of people.

The Longer the Shelf Life, The Less Chance You Have of Selling Your Home - 05/26/11 08:38 AM
Some houses sell almost immediately, that is if they have been priced correctly.
Others sell in a reasonable amount of time if the sellers are willing to accept offers, not be offended, and listen to their Realtor Professional.
I have always had clients ask, how long has this been on the market?
