I was really happy to find this blog by this very capable broker. We, here in Tulare County also have alot of short sale listings and it is important that those not in trouble understand the most common reasons why people are losing their homes, through no fault of their own.

I have the luxury of working from home. I have computers, printers, fax, and all the tools I need to conduct business from my house. I am usually home at lunch time, because I hate eating out and spending alot of money for often what turns out to be a second class meal.

This is such a great blog. I have had buyers who depleted their funds, especially when waiting for a short sale and then couldn't buy the home, couldn't qualify. This is good advice in general for buyers. This lady knows what she is talking about, I trust her implicitly.

Does your voicemail greeting make you sound like a blabbermouth or a great big fibber? - 09/08/11 11:29 AM
I love this post. I have heard that it's wise to change your voice mail message each morning so that it is relevant. I hate when I call someone and they say today is Tuesday, and it's already Friday. Because I haven't gotten the discipline to do this correctly each day yet, my message just says the usual, am away from the phone.
Think one of my tasks I will add to my list today is to figure out a good message and put it into place.

Back to School - School Supply List at Staples - 09/06/11 02:00 PM
I took part in our local Staples, Teacher Appreciation Day.
I filled a stylish bag with tools that teacher's frequently have to buy themselves because of the even shrinking school budgets.
I had 30 teachers enter my drawing and was able to deliver the goody bag to a local teacher in my community.
I sure do appreciate the teachers in our schools.
