It was more than a breath of fresh air to get away and enjoy the warmth of the southern state of Florida with great 80 degree weather and stunning beaches to enjoy. Leaving the single digit weather of New England behind for a few days was rejuvenating.
Janis Borgueta and I met up with Kathy Streib, of Home Staging fame, who we have never met. Lots to share, converse on and smile about here. Kathy was a great hostess of the Florida coast for sure.
Actually Sam Smith should have been playing for us on 1/20/15 as we did our schmoozing and conversing at Prezi's Restaurant in Massachusetts. It was a fabulous outpouring of members and some non-members who shared their professions with us. From Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island a great crew from ActiveRain descended on East Greenwich RI in December 2014 to meet, greet and discuss real estate strategies. The weather was great so it was a no excuse day for travel. The synergy and energy was making the decorations in the room sparkle as the discussions got lively in the Bistro 9 restaurant.

What a fabulous confab of ActiveRain aficionados gathered at Dagny Eason's beautiful home in Wilton Ct on August 14th. It almost did not happen for me since I had a trip to NYC I had to make but on the way back home I was coerced into stopping in! Meet up for ActiveRain in Wilton CT The most amazing get together of 23 ActiveRainers descended on Dagny Eason's CT home, as hostess, for the ActiveRain meet up to remember. This December 3rd gathering was filled with great food, entertainment by the one and only Ed Silva and a training session on G+ and Pinterest by Debbie Gartner. As I took this photo yesterday, I thought about what a shorter day of life brings into view for me. It appears I am finding a lot of thoughts rushing towards me with many things happening in my life and those around me. Sereneness of soul is still wanting and enjoying others in their true being is more important to me right now.

What's in a name... your name has been an interesting question ? to me. And I'll explain... My maiden name was Lacey... Everyone in college called me Lacey...it was my identifier...so I wanted to keep my maiden name when I got married and probably didn't raise this until about a month prior to my wedding...it really didn't go over well with my fiancee.
