National Grid Almost Freebies | Programmable Thermostats. Brrrr..., honey it is cold outside...seems to be the rant around here as of late and with good reason. Temperatures at night are in the high 30's to low 40's and is a quick wake up to the winter weather around the corner in RI real estate living.
