Orlando real estate sales continue to be saturated with bank owned homes and short sales despite a hold on foreclosures due to the robo signing issues. Orlando is ranking at the top in distressed property inventory in the greater Orlando area, comprising of 5 counties, where 71% of the housing inventory is either owned by a bank or in short sale position.
