There are currently 4 condos for sale in 101 Eola, located in the Thornton Park area of Orlando. 13 condos sold in 2011 at the average price of $188,646 or $218.14 per sq. ft. this 3 units more compare to 2010. Prices slighly declined by $22.00 per sq. ft. from $240.00. The average price per condo sold in 2010 was $227,140 also a slight decline.

Is Heathrow luxury real estate selling? Well, during the month of September no luxury homes over $500,000 sold in Heathrow. The median home sale price was $289,000 the high price was $320,000. This is a decrease in luxury homes sales in Heathrow compared to September 2009 where 2 luxury homes sold. So far this year 19 luxury homes have sold in Heathrow compared to last year, where there were 16 luxury homes sold.
