If you are a seller who knows that you might be heading into problems with your mortgage payments don't hesitate to call on an agent to help you. There are so many people in the same boat right now who have run into financial problems with adjustable rate or interest only loans, that you're not alone! I am trained in short sale transactions and would be happy to make the necessary calls to your bank or help you prepare a letter explaining your current situation and asking your lender to work with you.
