If you've ever been a spectator at a professional golf tournament or even if you've watched one on television, you've seen them. The marshals ... volunteers from local country clubs who provide assistance to the golfers by keeping the spectators in their place :-) Last week, I had the opportunity to be a volunteer marshal at the AT&T National Golf Tournament sponsored by the Tiger Woods Foundation. Unfortunately, Tiger Woods wasn't able to attend due to recent surgery, but we had great crowds all the same.
