My feet are always cold in the winter so I recently bought one of these Vornado personal foot heaters - it keeps my feet warm and doubles as a footrest when I'm sitting at my computer:

Are your listing photos "good enough?" - 11/20/09 03:48 PM
As a professional real estate photographer (in addition to being a full-time real estate agent), I often hear agents tell me they think their photos are "good enough."  With so many buyers relying on the property photos to decide which homes they want to see, is "good enough" ... enough?  Take a look at these photos taken by the listing agent ... they're not bad (and certainly better than a lot of MLS photos I've seen).

Bachelors in Real Estate? - 11/16/09 09:19 AM
What did you think when you read that?  My first thought was that the real estate specializations were going a little too far.  It was the headline of a Facebook Ad about getting a Bachelor's degree in real estate.  But the ad featured a picture of a guy smiling with his arms folded and looking for all the world like a carefree bachelor.  Maybe if they hadn't left out the apostrophe, I would have understood the headline for what it really was.
