So you've got your web site(s) all optimized for certain keyword searches and you do a Google search on a regular basis to make sure your web site is at the top of the list for those keywords. Did it ever occur to you that Google might just be showing you what it thinks you want to see? (It's very agreeable that way.) When you search with Google (and other search engines), your results are often affected by past searches and other online behavior.

google: Single Property Website ... for FREE! - 04/14/10 12:16 PM

Well, almost free ... you do have to buy the domain name ($6.99 at www.1and1.com).
I recently had a request from a FSBO seller in Maryland to take photos of her home; since I'm only licensed in Virginia, I couldn't try to convince her to list with me :-) In addition to photos, she also wanted a website to showcase her home. I checked out several of the more well known providers, but most of them start at $50 and skyrocket from there.
