Summer got with the program this year and broke several records so far!  This is great for those who are headed for the lakes and rivers, but for those of us who enjoy the usual moderate temps, this just isn't right!  It has hindered the fishing as well, limiting times of fishing in certain areas on many of our rivers and streams.  Be sure to check with the local tackle shops or guides for more information.  The fair is coming soon!  The end of August represents the end of summer and Fair Season throughout Montana.  Real estate has been heating up too.  Montana is still the Last Best Place and our market is doing well comparted to other parts of the US where the subprime effect has rippled its way thoughout many of the major markets.  Moderate priced homes are in demand, especially in the Corvallis and Hamilton areas.  Check out our website www.mybitterroothome.com for local links and property information.
