Provincial Outlook 2007 - Alberta's economy is expected to be softer but still chart topping in 2007. Oil prices in the $40-$50 range will challenge break even points for riskier projects but are still well above the break-evens for the majority of provinces production. Oil Prices are now at $70 to $80 range. Making the oil sands a lot more profitable.
