Having been in this business as a Loan Officer and Producing Sales Manager since 1996, I have owned my own brokerage and worked for banks both big and small.  Once the idea of ever owning a brokerage in NC was taken away by legislation and net worth requirements I thought that my dream job in the mortgage industry was gone forever.
