It's Oregon's Spring Break and it is still snowing here in Sunriver, Oregon (just 15 minutes from Bend). Mt. Bachelor received 15 inches of new snow last night and has a 174 inch base. Should be great for all our visitors and upcoming Spring Break for the Washington and California schools. As for me, I am ready for Spring and Summer. Activity in the Real Estate Market seems to be getting stronger. Our product as a Resort community mainly serves second home and vacation home buyers so our market is not as volatile as some other areas. Looking forward to an active Spring and Summer and hope other parts of the country are recruperating. Cheers from Snowy Sunriver

Have been in the office here in Sunriver, Or (Vacation Resort Community) and expecting buyers to be out and about as this is the first day of Spring Break for all the Oregon Schools. Nothing much happening - it is beautiful outside in the high 50's and the Sun is shining - everyone must be on Mt Bachelor or waiting for the Easter Bunny
