Yes, it is true with all of the problems I have had with getting my clients closed I have found a local Mortgage Co. that got a Buyer Assistance Down Payment Program, FHA loan done in 6 days and it funded, WOW. Here in Birmingham this is unheard of. We wrote the FHA, Ameri-Dream offer on Wed, April 9th, everything was excepted on April 10th, did the inspection that afternoon of April 10th, Appraisal was done Fri April 11th am, Mortgage co. got it back the same day it was done. We closed yesterday 4/15 and it funded. Now that is incredible. So there is a ray of sunshine out there and Mortgage America and a guy by the name of Allan Farmer is the man that made it happen. I just thought I would give some of you hope and some warm & fuzzies.
