The industry has gone through some pretty major changes over the past 6 years. Many Realtors have entered and left the business over that time. Interestingly enough, it is the same strong agents who have always performed 90% of the business prior to the shake up in the market that are once again at the forefront. It has always been my priority to follow the golden rule with my fellow colleagues in the real estate industry (customers, agents, escrow, title, and the public). I have discovered a lovely by product of treating other Realtors with kindness, patience, making myself accessible, promptly returning phone calls, and an overall genuineness that not only promotes a positive image in the community it also helps during multiple offer situations (when the agent guides their client as to which agent's personality will likely result in a smooth transaction).

I hope in 2013 I will continue to work with Realtors who are bright and friendly problem solvers that maintain their cool...rather than agents who are combative and abrasive. As one of the busier REO agents in the Palm Springs area; I am very excited to share a wonderful trend whereby most agents are highly intelligent, friendly, professional, appreciative, and sincerely looking out for the clients best interest. Realtor's have received an unearned bad rap over the years for perhaps being self-serving, overpaid pushy salespeople. I am so proud to be a Realtor in the Coachella Valley and I am extraordinarily thankful for the many friends/colleagues/customers who have so enriched my life with their trust and friendship.
