Market conditions in the Rochester, NY area are fairly balanced currently. At present we are experiencing a balanced market in the lower price ranges and more of a buyer's market in the higher price ranges.Generally, homes that are for sale in the Rochester area that are priced competitively and in good condition continue to sell well. Homes that are listed on the high side or that are in need of repairs or general updating are taking much longer to sell.Generally there is good stability in the Rochester real estate market, which includes a moderate increase in prices in some areas of Rochester and with interest rates remaing low … (0 comments)
