I am looking at putting on a first time homebuyer seminar.  I work primarily with 1st time homebuyers so I thought this could be a new way to meet some more potential homeowners.  I have decided to team up with a realtor, title company, home inspector, insurance agent and down payment assistant program rep.

The big nasty "M" word MOLD!!!! - 03/21/07 03:26 PM
I have the luxury like most to own rental property.  I own an upstairs unit condo.  Last Thursday I got a call from my tenant that the Hot Water Heater broke.  I immediately called my plumber, and he got out there and drained the tank.  However from the 50 gallon tank about 25-30 gallons emptied into my neighbors unit below.  I told the neighbor I would take care of the damage, but my first concern was to stop the leak and get a new hot water heater installed.  She insisted that we have severe mold damage.  I told her not to … (1 comments)
