Are we really experts? - 06/05/07 07:42 PM

I get asked all the time from Real Estate Agents if I am an expert in my field. I feel this word "expert" has been very abused.
In my opinion, there is no such thing as an expert.
There are so many varibles that go into a loan transaction, and things change so often, that people who claim their experts may have been yesterday, but what about today.
Things change so often, that unless you spend every hour of every day keeping up with change, then you trully cannot be an expert.
Everyday, loan guidlines change, market interest rates change, the real estate market … (1 comments)
