I posted about this before and I thought I'd post again to let all real estate professionals know that our Real Estate Agents and Webmasters Blog is open up to you to post for free. This is a great way to announce your Real Estate Website to the public. I just wanted to let all know that my blog is open to my members to post about their services and get a couple links back to their site. A member just wrote about new homes in contra costa county and that post is ranking on page one of Google for new homes in contra costa. This post was written on May 1. This is a great way to get some free advertisment and traffic to your site.

It's been brought to my attention that I missed some key points in my Linking blog . So I thought I'd do a follow up post on linking with images and how to do so.
When linking with an image you should always use the alt tag. The alt tag is like a keyword tool and can help you get your keywords for that page that you are linking to seen by the search engines. Take my banner add for example:

So it seems as if there is always questions about linking so I thought I'd write a little something. Agents that work on their own site know that building a good link campain is important. Linking is one of the ways to help your serach engine rankings. For awhile there everyone started figuring this out and they just started exchanging links with anyone and everyone.
