It's always fun to list a home in the neighborhood where I raised my own family. This split-level home has just been lightly freshened up and is typical of an area where there are lots of activities, three elementary schools and a high school all within walking distance, easy access to Seattle, Tacoma, the east side (Bellevue, Redmond, etc.), SeaTac airport, and so on.
