I've long been a fan of infographics and, with the advice of Anita Clark here on ActiveRain, decided to tackle this daunting (well, for me anyway) task of creating a market report in this format. Thank you, Anita, for your help and suggestions!
Now to business: Lakeland Hills is one of my favorite areas in south King County. Technically, Lakeland Hills also extends into Pierce County, almost to the edge of Lake Tapps. Rainier Ridge, located within walking distance of Green River Community College on Auburn WA's east hill, is a neighborhood of 104 homes built in the early-and mid-1980's. Homes in the neighborhood range from smaller 2- and 3-bedroom bungalows of about 1000 square feet up to about 2000 square feet two-story homes, most with lot sizes between 8,000 and 11,000 square feet. While schools vary, Rainier Ridge typically is serviced by Lea Hill Elementary, Rainier Middle School, and Auburn Mountainview High School. It's also an area where homes are selling quickly and within 99% of asking price.
