What we do know is that our current real estate market offers wonderful values for buyers, and interest rates that we may not see again for many years. We lso know that buyers arekey righ now - the dominoe effect of one buyer buying a home means that home's seller can also buy their next home, which in turn means anoter seller can buy a new home. And a rebounding real estate market is one indicator of economic recovery.
