Do you really want to sell?
This is the question I had to ask listing clients recently.  After some significant days on market, reluctance to come down on the price and not wanting to implement my suggestions to make the property more market ready, it had come down to this.
The market was telling us that something had to change, plenty of showings and no offers sent me a message that the sellers did not want to hear.   What it had boiled down to for me is that, yes, we want to sell, but only if we get it our way.  My conversation with them revolved around … (0 comments)

I woke up to snow today.
Yep, November 3rd, and there is snow on the ground today, has been spitting snow out of the sky all day.  **sigh**  In a town where it has snowed on the 4th of July, I shouldn't be surprised by the unseasonably early snow.  The joys of being at 4,100 feet and the quirks that come with it.
