My favorite so far, is the girl that played the harmonica & guitar and sang "If it makes you Happy" last night - I don't even know her name (if someone wants to help out here, please do).  I've been watching her from the beginning and she really has some raw talent.  Sort of a Joni Mitchell/Janis Joplin feel.  It will be interesting to see how the show changes her "look" - She now has dreadlocks and could use a tooth whitening - but at the same time she has this earthy, natural look that appeals to you.

Got a call today from the listing agent on a home that is scheduled to close this Friday in which I am the buyer's agent.  Said listing agent proceeds to tell me that the wife (seller) has lost her job and thus won't be able to qualify for the new home they were buying and no longer wants to sell...
