We have such wonderful activity in the market that I am in.. Cleveland and surrounding communities. But lately I have discovered it is so important that we work with the truly able, and not just the testers that we can encounter along our paths. Qualifying is SO important and will help us really provide the service to those families who really need our skills, and not just be a sounding board, or a taxi service for those who don't. Enthusiasm does not equal ability, and motivation to contact you, does not truly mean a sale or listing. Work smarter, not harder in this market. Just think of a year ago.. or even the beginning of this year...we made it through the worst of it, and those who sustained will reap the rewards of their perseverance for sure. But, while we still navigate through the decisions that the government will make on the credit, and other options that we may not fully know, work with those true clients, and take care of them.. they'll I am sure take care of you.

You always hear.."Timing is everything", well I think that applies to us to, not just those that we serve. So of course serve your clients well, but don't forget about you and your needs to make a living. Bottom line is that is why we do this. So do it with all of the experience and dedication that you can, and as always have fun doing it, your clients will thank you for it, tmb
