Don't take it personally? - 01/24/08 07:58 PM
It is so hard to not take rejection personally!  Someone contacts you or you contact them and you start doing all this work but for what?  All of the sudden they go with someone else!  How is it not personal?  What did I do?  Did I not hear what you wanted?  Was it because I did not stay in touch enough?  Why?  How can I improve if I don't know hwat I did wrong?

Just when I think we are starting to turn a corner, the media seems to throw a wrench in it.  There are so many opinions, it makes hard to say which is the truth and which is not.  I know that each market is different but how do you know what is what?
Any thoughts?
