Our crystal clear waters of Bull Shoals Lake and Lake Norfork look more like chocolate milk right now than trophy bass producers. Lake Norfork has risen over 23. 24 feet in less than a week! The lakes were built to (6 comments)

The Ozark Mountain Region...specifically the Mountain Home, Arkansas area is just beautiful in the spring! We do get the occasional thunder storm so it definately pays to have a good weather radar to check on...I know I sleep better when I know what is or isn't coming our way. (5 comments)

The Eagle Cam is addictive - 04/07/11 10:12 PM
The Eagle Cam is addictive. My wife and I have been checking on the Iowa Eagles on the webcam. The Eagles are fiercly independent and yet depend on each other to raise the young eaglets.
My wife called me on the phone Sunday morning as I was driving in to church to get ready for the praise service...she excitedly told me that "The second egg just hatched!" Believe me...this really lost a lot in translation as her voice was filled with excitement and concern for the young Eaglets. (7 comments)
