Tough Week here!  I am finding it hard to write this post.  I have read posts from many folks here in the Rain detailing rough spots in their Real Lives, not just Real Estate.
I moved to this company 7 years ago.  One of the folks that worked here and was very friendly and made a point to go out of his way to help me in my business was Larry R. Pending Home Sales were Up 25%! - 08/19/11 10:51 AM
Pending Home Sales Up 25%!  The report I read from NAR (National Association of Realtors) stated that Pending sales were down from June to July.  That is unfortunate and definitely not the direction I wanted to see the market go.  The report went on to say  comparing July of 2010 to July of 2011 that Pending Home Sales were Up 25%!  That is fantastic news!  
I absolutely understand that the Real Estate Market is totally local!  I can not help but be encouraged when I read that comparing to a year age Pending Home Sales were Up 25%!  The number I believe … (2 comments)

Southern Cruisers Riders Club chooses Mountain Home Arkansas for it's National Cruisin for a Cure National Convention!  
I just happen to be a Rider...any of you that follow my blog have seen photos from rides, and maybe even me on my Cruiser.  I am not a member of The Southern Cruisers Riding Club...I may be by the end of the weekend!

Center of Hope Charity Dog Show, Mountain Home, Arkansas,  All Proceeds to benefit Ozark Center of Hope!  This should be a really fun event for all of us Animal Lovers!
The Center of Hope Charity Dog Show will be held at The Mountain Home High School right here in Mountain Home, Arkansas.  When.....?  October 1st!  All entries must be in by September 15th!  
The Admission is reasonable....$2.00 for students and $5.00 for Adults.
I Love living in Mountain Home!  There is always doing something to help Others!  Come out and help!

Obedience and Rally Trials for dogs - 08/11/11 03:50 PM

Obedience and Rally Trials for dogs.  You may have noticed that I did say it was for dogs...I do not want any confusion here with my spouse.  I can see her signing me up and bringing Mocha the Chocolate Lab along to watch the fun and games.
Seriously...There will be an Obedience and Rally Trials for dogs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  The Rally hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with the location being at The Baxter County Fairgrounds right here in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

This has been one of those Wild Weeks!  I continue to count my blessings...Some days it is easier than others.  I wanted to share this photo that I snapped today at lunch.  My wife spends a lot of energy throughout the year making sure that Our Garden is presentable...Here in Mountain Home it has been warmer than normal so the watering has been considerable but worth the effort.
                             
This butterfly found a perfect place to lunch just above the pond...

Peace, Quiet, and Solitude....Sounds good doesn't it?  This post is about a listing...It is about a Cabin in the woods that I just listed.  This Cabin is on 40 acres in Southern Marion County, South and West of Mountain Home,  here in Northern Arkansas.
Life is a little slower here than most places.  Folks will ave at you as you go down the road in your car or truck.  As a matter of fact...they will stop to see if you need help with your truck when you are pulled over to the side of the road...."No, Thank You, just putting up … (9 comments)
