realtor: Passionate about My Business - 02/23/12 01:14 PM
Passionate about My Business, that is what I am.  You may be thinking...."well duh.... aren't we all?".  The answer is probably somewhere in between "of course we are"...and "are you kidding...?".

I have been helping folks find that "just right" property for 26 years.  It has not always been easy to be Passionate about My Business.  When times get tough...It may be easier to go golfing or fishing or hit the road on the motorcycle...I have nothing against hobbies... But,  We do have to have some focus on our business to be successful.

realtor: Good news for Borrowers, FHA limits Reinstated. - 11/26/11 02:19 PM
Good news for Borrowers, FHA limits Reinstated.  I was reading the Realtor publication this week and they were discussing the FHA loan limits.  The loan limit has been reinstated at 125% of the area median price.
Nearly 66% of buyers who will be helped by the loan limits extension have an income below $100,000.  Here in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area per a loan officer this week, the limit is $271,050 for the FHA loan, and you can also add the 1% MIP (mortgage insurance premium) on top of that loan amount.
According to the NAR (National Association of Realtors) … (1 comments)

Give Your Realtor a call!  I totally understand that I am in a Service industry....matter of fact, I am really good at providing the best in service.  I understand that I should stay in contact with my clients and potential buyers....I hope they don't get tired of hearing from me.
I worker over the weekend which is very common.  One of the buyers I worked with were driving into town when their agent at home called them to let them know they had a contract on their house...Yippee!  They immediately called me to let me know that they would like to … (8 comments)

realtor: Obedient, How far do we go? - 02/04/11 10:05 AM
Obedient,  How far do we go?  As a Realtor and a business person.  I have a duty to do what my client asks or tells me to do.  Obedient,  How far do we go?  I can only go as far as the Law will let me.
I must obey the laws of my community and my country.  Any real estate agent that has been in the business more than 6 months has probably been asked to violate one law or another by their client.  Obedient,  How far do we go?  We walk a fine line working with the public and being … (4 comments)
