You Paid Cash, Now Mortgage That Cash Back - 11/30/11 08:54 AM
Here is a good update. You no longer have to wait six months to pull cash out on a refi if you paid cash. Think of how many times you have sold a home that needs repairs to be brought up to standards to sell. Good tip of the day!
Via Hal Timinsky (Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. (BK-0114049)):

If you paid cash for a home within the last 6 months and want to take "cash out", you can. It's because of a new mortgage allowance named the Delayed Financing Rule.
The standard 6-month seasoning requirement on home purchases has been eliminated.

Have you checked out app.bg yet as a fun a Realtor tool? - 11/30/11 07:42 AM
Have you checked out app.bg yet as a fun a Realtor tool?
I read about it in ZITE last night. My ZITE is an iPad app that pulls feeds that fascinate me in to a pretty magazine format along the concept of Flipboard.
Anyway, google app.bg , go to the site, and if you like this website to keep on your iPad save it to your homescreen as a saved website to create a pretty "A " looking icon.
It pulls three feeds immediately around you instantly. Push one of three tabs that shows local four square comments, local tweets, and … (3 comments)

What DO you blog about? What question do you ask yourself before you start? Think about it! - 11/12/11 09:35 AM
What DO you blog about? What question do you ask yourself before you start your post?
My question is simple. What did I learn today?
What Realtor Tool did I figure out? What system did I get operational? What tech thing did I get humming?
What thing did I just spend hours on getting to finally work?
Then I share it.
It is a good thing. If I forget how, I know where to get the answer.
When someone asks how, I send them to the post.

Google+ Business Pages - 11/11/11 08:00 AM

Quick! Rattle Off FIVE or TEN  Brands that Describe YOU!
Let's suppose I have never met you and in FIVE or TEN brands we have to give each other a one minute Bio. Okay, Ready, set, go!
Don't think, don't be politically correct. Just list five or ten off the top of your head.

I can get a lot accomplished at the home inspection today!
I get a few hours to be stationery!
One iPad later, this is a very good thing.
I can email, scan MLS, blog, enter contacts, and the list goes on.
Before the iPad and iCloud I was worried about everything I still had left to do late in to the night when I finished the three hour inspection.
Now I am getting lots and lots done all at once.
