NEW Realtor Tips to Process Listing and Sales Paperwork! Whether you have decided to switch companies or have just cranked out a lot of business, here are a few ideas to process your paperwork. I believe in Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C as in Cheryl. So I have been scanning each contract and listing with my lightening fast Fujitsu Scan Snap Scanner so that presto change-o my paperwork can be accessed on all devices. Why I want the NEW iPad... I liked the first one. Then I liked the second one even better. It was lighter, faster, and I could film videos of homes. Now I want the third one. Gotta go sell some Spring houses first. Three listings coming. Faster, clearer, and fuel for thought on a gazillion blog posts. That is enough reasons to coast to round three for me! I read an interesting article in CNBC yesterday about how States rate for Business. So, of course, I beelined straight to Maryland to see how it stacked up in the 52.
