Let me give you a little background info first. I went to Hokie High. Yep, Gobbler Here. So did Steve Bachman. 
Along with the Va Tech Connection, there is a Severn School Connection. Yep, this Va Tech Realtor is a Severn Admiral, too, and proud to tell you.
Go figure, Jan Bachman taught Summer camp at Severn School during the same years I attended.

What I learn from my dog about taking time off!
Snooze. If it gets hectic, nap.
Hang out with the peeps you love most.
Eat good treats.
Bark at intruders. Wag tail for special guests.
Always be ready for a ride in the Jeep for a Starbucks treat. Yep, we  share the Venti cup.
Enjoy soft fuzzy socks, a comfy place to perch, and a walk by the Chesapeake Bay.
Now that us what we would both call a special day. Riley Rover, you are one special Golden Boy!

Remind me to go back to a blog a day!
This scramble for ten posts on a Sunday night is for the birds!
I got used to a blog a day during different contests but fell off the wagon lately.
Back to the daily routine. This sprint for ten is not something I want to do again.
Besides, I want to watch Oprah's India Show more closely or check out a new Roku Flick on Amazon Instant Video.
Mission Impossible is impossibly waiting...for now!

It is one big Realtor BLUR from Easter to Memorial Day Weekend! 
Sales, Listings, sales, listings, more sales.
This is what is called a good problem. No complaints. None.
But truth is, in this Southern Maryland  Turf, it is mighty quiet on Holiday Weekends.
Which means you can catch our breath until the next big Holiday Weekend.
Or you can catch up on lots of projects. Or you can take a siesta. I'll let you guess.

So how do you celebrate a Birthday Weekend?
I kind of forgot. Now that I remember it is my Birthday Weekend, let me see...
I think I will run in to Panera for some iced tea. Grab a cup of coffee or three at Starbucks.
Hit a quick church service and read a good book. Maybe catch up on some Post Newspapers.
Maybe mess with my new Wordpress Blog and IDX Solution.
Sit on the Porch and soak up the sun for a spell.
Wonder when I am going to finally clean up the Wreath Party stuff.

Wonder WHY that post got so many comments?
I wrote a post last night about what I had been up to lately to kick off the new Realtor year.
I cannot figure out why it has gotten so many nice comments.
No special title. No special tips. I almost forgot to add the photo from Flickr while on my iPad.
You just never know what will make someone hit the GO button and choose to comment or engage for a few moments.
Oh well, back to wrap up my end of year or beginning of New Year projects.
