I wanted to share with you what my company is working on that might be of interest to you. I am a partner in The Signature Co. We specialize in upscale real estate. Our firm is moving aggressively into the foreclosure market but with a twist. We are offering a variety of services in the luxury foreclosure market. I believe it is the fastest growing area of real estate. One of our initiatives is a new website called www.luxuryhomeforeclosures.com.
On the website we will feature lender owned, realtor listings and even homes of owners not yet listed with a realtor. Sellers are not required to list their home with our firm to feature their homes on this website. We do not display addresses and names to protect privacy. We are given 52 fields of data by a provider who extracts county data of foreclosure properties in dozens of Colorado cities up and down the front-range. We expect to have textual and graphical data on 750 to 1000 homes 300k and above at any one time. That is approximately four months of accumulated data which represents the amount of time it takes to complete the foreclosure process in Colorado. The data is then purged. We include short sales, pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, distressed sales and bank owned properties all on one site. Buyers and Investors may also click on a subdivision to view every home in foreclosure including homes below 300k. Our goal is to create a useful “one stop shop” website and marketing service for buyers, sellers, lenders and investors. The website is well positioned on the internet and we expect it to be popular. Our goal is to provide the right marketing, better visibility and a slew of services to facilitate quick sales which seems to be a common goal for all parties including buyers. With recent legislation we do not expect the luxury home foreclosure market to last long.
