High end homes are selling in less than 45 days IF. THE HOME IS PRICED TO MARKET AND THE HOUSE IS NOT A DOG. IN THIS SELLERS MARKET DOGS WILL NOT SELL AT ANY PRICE. WITH JUST 4% of the PARADISE VALLEY HOMES ON THE MARKET WHEN A WELL PRICED GEM COMES ON THE MARKET OFTEN THEY SELL IN A FEW DAYS! Land values in PV have sunk to 2002-2005 values but the good news is the good houses sell anyway at higher prices because supply is so short in the LUXURY MARKET! … (0 comments)
