maricopa county statistics 2010: Market Statistics for Maricopa County for December 2010 - 12/06/10 11:34 PM

I recently received new market statistics for Maricopa County, Arizona which is always interesting to look over. Our market continues to be dominated by distressed properties such as REO and short sale transactions. Bank owned properties are 44% of our market sales, while short sales have decreased a bit as they make up 18% of the market. Standard 'retail' sales make up the rest at 38%. As you can see by our market, it is imperative to continue to remain educated and well versed in selling these types of distressed properties.
