Tish Tischer - My Opinion: City Council needs to approve new Zoning recommendations from the Planning Commission. - New projects should be able to get prompt approval if they are within the zoning and if they are not - they should be denied. -- no reason to have huge debate if the will of the people is reflected in the zoning and the zoning is up to date.
